The growth area on the internet is online casinos - especially now that the law has been clarified on the subject - while casino and poker sites cannot originate from the United States, a much more relaxed attitude now exists in terms of site users from the United States.
So if there is ever a good time, it is now, to be thinking in terms of taking that first step into the lurid world of online casino play, and Best Online Casinos has a lot of information on the subject - articles concerning first-time play, what games might suit and definitely useful info as to how to keep to a limit. The various options as to poker rooms are detailed with some information on each. Branching out a little, there are also articles on the play and usage of roulette - a European game, if ever I saw one - blackjack and craps, perhaps not enough to turn you into a professional gambler over night.
There are still a few coding errors on the site, - pages not found, and some slightly strange redirects, but I am sure these very small teething problems will be sorted out very shortly - and give a good experience for any visitor seeking to have a go.

Multi-user, and indeed all things to every one - here is thoughts.com. Blogs, photo and video share and chat forums… The thoughts.com Forums are certainly wide ranging, covering almost any topic or opinion one would care to have. Against this, there is a slight insularity though - is the internet really at a stage where two sorts of news exist - US news and something called World news? They are definitely growing, it is always nice as a webmaster to check out a site and find that “most users online” was yesterday, again…
Bored.com recently went for a price in and around the one or two millions of US dollars, and I do wonder whether this is slightly more the business model to pursue here, less concentration on user generated materila and more on giving them something to - and then, of course, getting them to click on an affiliate ad. As it stands, thoughts doesn’t seem to know whether it wants to be wordpress.com, Youtube or indeed del.icio.us.
Final thoughts.com - it would be interesting to know how much that one cost as a domain name, and having spent that amount, (or even being born with it), the plan does need a little bit of work here and there.

While I usually claim to know what I’m talking about in terms of console gaming and hardware, real life games, in this case casino slots and hold ‘em poker, always seems a step too far along the road of dizzying acronyms and arcane terms. Today’s message is from Online Casino Suite…
The site’s content is mainly directed towards casino games, and in particular avoiding the invitation-only casino, rather than the specialised area of poker - probably worth an affiliate niche site in their own right - and contains reviews of the usual suspects, with detailed instructions on their payouts, usage etc.
There’s important information, now that the law has changed on the subject of US residents - in this area the situation used to be that while casino and poker sites could not originate from the United States, a more relaxed attitude existed in terms of US users. Although enforcement to prevent online casinos making transactions with U.S. citizens are generally vague and almost impossible to enforce, the site doesn’t have any disclaimer to this effect. It’s best to stay within the law - you could do a lot worse than pay them a visit.

Probably due to my dubious tech background, being a lot happier in computer sciences and math - seriously, I do actually enjoy arithmetic, really… - I’ve always had a bit of a yearning to get involved - so, having been asked to check out a new site all about online casinos - Gambling PhD - I thought that I would give it a try at last. If this doesn’t get me into the whole business, I have the suspicion nothing will.
It is an online portal covering several topics in the field - strategy, advice categorized by individual game such as pontoon, known as blackjack in the USA, baccarat, and roulette, the main focus is on casino games, but there is also information on poker rooms. It is comphrensive and unlike a fair few advice sections to be found on the subject the navigation is reasonable, without a vast number of clicks to get from one definition to another. You do get the definite impression of only being invited in, in order to boost their pageload count at times …
The word is that they check out their affiliates - as stated, “the team at gamblingphd.com plays at all of the online casinos listed at our site before giving official approval for online casino gambling.” Well, that is quite a lot more than other similar sites in the same area do … you could do worse than giving them a try.
